From logistics to the supply of solid fuels
Wagner & Voss Logistik GmbH was founded in 2015 by Daniela Voß and Irene Wagner as an independent logistics company with branches in Hamburg and Munich.
The initial focus was on bulk logistics and container services.
Over the years, the company evolved from a traditional freight forwarder into an operator of handling terminals and, ultimately, a supplier of solid fuels and energy raw materials.
When Kareba GmbH joined as majority shareholder in 2025, additional expertise in the research and development of new fuels for the steel and recycling industries was added.
Today, Wagner & Voss supplies customers in industry and the energy sector and works with them to develop new fuel solutions based on coke and wood, as well as hybrid products.
Four storage and handling sites ensure order fulfillment for customers in Germany and the EU.
By combining logistics, raw materials trading, and fuel development, we aim in particular to further strengthen Bremen as a center for innovative fuel solutions.

Quality Control
Consistent fuel quality is essential for reliable use at our customers’ sites. That is why we agree on the relevant quality parameters for each product and verify compliance through suitable sampling and analysis.
Depending on the product and contractual agreement, we have independent laboratories test calorific value, moisture, ash content, fixed carbon (Cfix), and other relevant properties, among others. Sampling and testing can take place at loading, at unloading, or at defined intervals.
We are happy to explain individually which standards, test parameters, and testing intervals apply to your delivery.

Wagner & Voss is a dependable alternative for the supply of solid fuels. Our range extends from fossil energy sources to hybrid briquettes and hybrid pellets with a biogenic share, and on to classic wood fuels such as wood pellets.
This allows our customers to choose the fuel that suits their plants, their quality requirements, and their goals for the transition to biogenic raw materials, with a single point of contact for sourcing and delivery.

Supplying fuels and energy raw materials requires coordinated sourcing, storage, and logistics processes. Wagner & Voss coordinates international supply chains for anthracite coal, coke, wood pellets, biochar, and other energy sources, tailored to the customer’s needs, product specification, and supply planning.
Through an international supplier network as well as storage and logistics solutions, we organize flexible supply concepts all the way to the destination. In doing so, we combine sea, port, warehouse, and overland logistics according to the requirements of each project.
